My order showed up with everything in the box, so that was good. The hose reel and the fittings were exactly the ones I picked, which makes the whole thing feel like it shipped faster even if it probably didn’t. No missing pieces or weird surprises.

I had to return something from giraffetools.com because I accidentally ordered the wrong size hose reel. I was expecting it to be a whole thing, so I was a little nervous about starting the return.

Their support team got back to me fast and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. The return label was simple to use, and thankfully there wasn’t a bunch of annoying back-and-forth.

My refund showed up quicker than I thought it would too. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, even though I didn’t end up keeping the product this time...

I’ll admit I’m the kind of person who notices little packaging details right away, and the first thing I saw was the box looking beat up with the tape loose on one side. Thankfully nothing was missing and the product itself seems fine, but for the price, I was expecting it to be packed a bit more securely.

This hose reel has definitely helped keep my garage from looking so messy. It stores the hose away easily and frees up some space, which I really like. It took me, uh, a little while to get it mounted straight, but once it was up, I was happy with it overall

"Reliable reel that just makes yard work easier"
I’ve been using my Giraffe Tools hose reel for a while now, it’s one of those things I don’t think about much because it just works. The hose pulls out smoothly, and when I’m done, it winds back in without fighting me or turning into a tangled mess.

Mine stays outside and has held up well through regular use, which is a big deal for me because I’ve gone through a few cheaper reels that didn’t last. It feels like a solid upgrade, especially if you’re tired of dealing with flimsy ones. I’d buy it again.
